I know I said cheap but I am not looking for free hosting need a paid host. I don’t want to use go daddy. either. Preferably one that you are using or have used and and personally know something about.

Personally I use Host gator but I pay over $6 a month for my hosting.Ultra Website hosting is good and they are only $2.95 a month.I don’t think you are going to find any much cheaper than that, Greenville webhosting is also another good one that is cheap and reliable, again thy’re only $2.95 a month.
They’re other good hosting providers but if you are looking for cheap that is as about as good as you will get.

iPage (ipage.com) and HostMonster (hostmonster.com) are both GREAT. I prefer HostMonster, as I find their page load times faster (not much). Both have GREAT live chat support, but iPage wins in this category. Both give you a free domain for the first year. Both use the same CPanel. Hostmonster’s ftp access (by default) is easier, but you can set them to whatever you want on either. Hostmonster has better incentives and free tools (simple scripts, free attracta SEO, etc)
All in all, choose HostMonster. I love them.
